storay is a platform for cataloguing items you want to sell and sharing them via shareable links. We facilitate the connection between sellers and buyers through WhatsApp — we do not process payments or handle transactions.
You are responsible for the items you list, the prices you set, and the accuracy of your descriptions. Do not list items that are illegal, stolen, or counterfeit.
All transactions happen directly between buyer and seller via WhatsApp or other communication channels. storay is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or delivery.
By uploading photos and descriptions, you grant storay a license to display this content on your public shelf pages. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
storay is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions between users.
